Newton County offers recreational activities for everyone from golf to soccer and softball to fishing and much more! Newton's Recreation Commission has fun and exciting activities for all ages. However you choose to spend your free time, you will truly love what Newton County has to offer.

The avid golfer in the family will love to spend an afternoon on either one of Newton County's two golf courses: The Oaks Golf Course or Indian Creek Golf Club. One can also get some practice in at the Golf Training Center Driving Range or the By-Pass Driving Range or at our par three executive course, Windy Hill Golf Course.
